John Key is a habitual liar – (chewing Key’s Facts)

{Update, The Standard is doing an excellent fact check on Key’s lies}

Leaders debate TV 1 this evening.

New Zealand was not one of the ‘last cabs off the rank’ with respect to government guarantees of banks. America is still thinking about this. Lie.

Helen Clark’s environmental record is not worse than George Bush’s. LIE!!! Continue reading

You lying bastard

I’ve gotta give a big hat tip to The Standard for this TVOne news coverage of the lying bastard’s squirming.

Look I don’t even like the guy, but I was hiding behind my hands at the stupidity. It was worse than watching a train crash, or whatever the saying is, it was just downright painful. Continue reading

NO! I did not tell the truth

And the difference between Winnie’s $100k and Key’s 100K Shares?

Both needed to be declared to Parliament, both weren’t. One’s been censured the other thinks he will be Prime Minister?

What a complete tosser! Is “I didn’t manage my response properly” the new way of saying I lied?

When is one a beneficiary?

Simply ask John Key.

Working for Families package of support for Kiwi families was labelled as creating “Middle Class Welfare” and it was charged as making “New Zealand families beneficiaries” when introduced by Labour and again at the recent budget when upgraded measures were announced.

So now, closer to the election (and no closer to any half decent policy that runs for more than 2A4 sheets), National has decided to adopt yet another of Labour’s policies. I’ve lost count now of how many of these they’ve done. I mean student interest free loans were “morally wrong” but are now National Party policy (of sorts).

You see John Key’s wonderfully spectacular bag of tricks come their tax cut plan was meant to mean Kiwis didn’t need welfare. The tax lolly scramble that National was going to give out was going to mean a lot to many many kiwis. If they are keeping Working for Families, what does that say about the possible tax cut announcements.

I’ve given up at Kiwiblog, the level of hatred for those not of their ilk was just unbearable, but I’d love to see what sort of defence they have for this now. I remember over and over being told by the rabid right that WFF was one of the greatest abominations of the left inflicted on Kiwis ever – now that great leader has adopted it, I’d love to know their justification for it. This I’ve got to see.

maybe a quick peek and a wee dig then out again.

Ten Million to hit our kids – priceless

So the evil bastards who want to hide behind the wrath of the F-ing bible want to waste 10 Million of your dollars to force a referendum. to do what, ensure clean drinking water, to improve safety of children in the community, to extend free doctors visits for all children of school age, no don’t be so bloody stupid.

Family First and now National want to spend $10 Million of your dollars on a bloody referendum to allow us to beat our kids. Remember after the $10 million is spent, the government doesn’t even need to act upon this. What a complete waste of everyone’s time and effort. Get over your religious doctrines, get over your ego, and learn to parent without hitting your kids, like hundreds of millions of other parents do and DO NOT WASTE OUR MONEY ON YOUR FUCKING EVIL CRUSADE.

The reprehensible bastards, you all need a wall. Key you evil little worm (yes that’s right you got your little hard on and in front of the camera supported this law – now you about face), could you get to the front of the line please.

You say that children need a short sharp ‘loving’ correction of their behaviour for their protection because their mental capacity responds to such stimuli. Well in that case, lets bring in a law where all caregivers of the Intellectually Handicapped Children and elderly should be able to ‘lovingly’ kit their patients, as that is the way to stop them from doing things that might harm them eh?

We’re not talking about jacking in someone for talking on their cell phone while driving, or throwing their McD’s out the window of their car or for throwing their ciggi butt out the window, no we are talking about NOT HITTING KIDS.

{So John Key, when you bring your dirty little right wing agenda into being, and we organise a peoples referendum, will you pay $10 million to have it – not bloody likely, you slimey twat.}

I’ll never be disappointed over the actions of the insanely indoctrinated religious and right in this country. The bloody children deserve better than adults wasting $10 MILLION arguing over the rights of low level violence. I haven’t done the figures, but how many more school play yards could be made safe, or computers bought, or literacy programmes indroduced, or dental health schemes, or health checks, or teachers would $10 Million buy?

National Lies – again

So they want to give Doctor graduates buckets of cash (wipe the student debt) as incentive to stay in the country to work.

On the face of it, seems logical. Doctors are leaving this country in huge numbers, there’s a massive shortage of doctors in the country, so give them the incentive they can’t resist – wipe their student loans.

Several problems with this though. Firstly the massive inequality of the idea. There are shortages in a wide range of important professions, do we extend this to nurses and other technical medical staff, teachers etc. Secondly, as anyone who has been to university knows, the student debt isn’t just spent on tuition. When Labour introduced the interest free component of student loans, this was morally repugnant, free money for beer etc. Doctors are not to be offered free money to put towards cars, ski weeks, drinking, drugs and all the other cool stuff that students spend their money on. So National wants to give money to these people only.

Again on the face of it, chronic doctor shortages as they all shoot off overseas when they graduate, this could be a great way to get them to stay in the country. The only problem is that they aren’t buggering off overseas. National is lying to you AGAIN.

From the Dominion Post today

“Three out of four junior doctors are still working in New Zealand five years after graduating, a Dominion Post investigation has found”

Turns out that the Dominon Post’s investigation pointed out huge holes in the lies of National, that all junior doctors are graduating and leaving for Australia or other better paid locations.

Thank you Dominion Post for doing exactly what a newspaper should, and instead of printing the lies and outright untruths of the bleating and chest beating politicians, get behind the story to the truth.

So if Labour was morally repugnant in offering interest free student loans for graduates staying in NZ, National is just out and out vote buying. It’s not the expose of the century, but it’s a bloody well done job.
